I got to go to the ranch with my papa TWO weekends in a row. I love it out there! Papa told me one day I will get a tractor just like his! My favorite is when papa lets me sit on his lap and JUMP! I love to JUMP on papa!

Happy Friday!

Just wanted to share some Friday news...we have 3 teeth and A CRAWLER! Noah got his 2 bottom teeth around 6 months and his 2 top teeth have been coming in the last week. One broke thru yesterday and I'm hoping the other comes in real soon! Teething is NOT FUN for anyone! Noahs favorite teether is the Raz-berry (thanks D!) he also really liked sophie the giraffe (thanks E!) but there was a constant battle between Noah and Ginger for Sophie and unfortunately Ginger won. Poor Sophie lost her legs in the battle. Noah's been "sorta" crawling the past few weeks, it started with rocking on all 4's, then he started pushing himself backwards and then forwards, now hes figured out the coordination between hand and knee...every day he gets better and better...but I think I can officially say he is crawling now. He's slow, but mobile! He also can go from laying down to sitting up. This morning when Cyrus went to get Noah out of his bed, he was sitting up playing with his blanket :) I heard Cyrus say, "WoW!" on the monitor.

Sorry Friends...

We've been horrible at updating this blog. Noah is almost 8 months old! We had a wonderful Holiday, despite the fact that Noah was very ill. We made our first trip to the emergency room the Tuesday before Christmas. Noah had a nasty viral infection that was causing him to run extremely high fevers (105). Thankfully he is all better now! The nice nurse in the emergency room gave Noah a tiny little bottle with pedialite that he could hold in one hand...he loved it and fed himself. We spent Christmas with my parents and santa brought Noah some really neat stuff :) His favorite gift was a piano, I hope he is blessed with Cyrus's musical talent and not mine. Noah also really enjoyed the wrapping paper. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and got a great start to the New Year. I promise to keep the updates more frequent.
